Glenna Pierpont, VP of Human Resources and Richard Leaper, VP of
Sales & Marketing, Assume Leadership Positions

and gas waste management, has hired two executives to lead the company
into an aggressive growth stage.

Glenna Pierpont and Richard Leaper will report directly to President
and CEO Gabriel Rio. They are based in the Houston corporate office.
Glenna
Pierpont will serve as Vice President of Human Resources
(HR). She is responsible for all areas of strategy, design,
development and implementation of the Human Resources function. Pierpont
has worked as an HR consultant with Milestone since 2014.

Pierpont previously held HR leadership positions at Williams Gas
Pipeline, Transco Energy Company and R360 Environmental Solutions. She
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and History from Stephen F. Austin
State University.
Richard
Leaper has joined Milestone as Vice President of Sales and
Marketing. He is responsible for the leadership, coaching, training
and development of the sales team along with implementing sales
strategies and customer focus. Leaper has over 20 years of experience in
oil & gas operations, product management, sales management and strategic
marketing.

Leaper began his oilfield career with Baker Hughes where he had a varied
career that covered technical, sales and marketing roles. More recently,
he directed the divisional sales effort for Newalta Environmental
Services across North America. Leaper earned his Bachelor’s degree with
honors in Business Administration and Marketing from the Florida
Institute of Technology.
Celebrating 25 years in 2018
Milestone Environmental Services began operations in 1993 as American
Disposal Services, (ADS), and has been continually providing slurry
injection disposal to the U.S. onshore oilfield ever since. In 2014, ADS
was acquired by Intervale Capital to grow and expand the business. Under
the new name, Milestone Environmental Services expanded into the Permian
Basin. The company will celebrate the 25th anniversary
throughout 2018.
