Navigant’s Global Energy Practice Welcomes Three Senior Hires to Help Clients Implement Transformational Programs and Sustainable Excellence

CHICAGO

Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI) today announced three senior-level industry professionals have joined the company’s growing global Energy practice.

Managing Directors Mark Eisenhower and Michelle Fay, along with Director Greg Simmons, bring decades of strategic and operational experience to help their clients compete in an increasingly clean, intelligent, mobile, and distributed energy ecosystem.

“As the energy transition gathers even more momentum, utilities, energy companies, governments, and large corporations must take a more holistic approach to strategic planning and transformation,” says Jan Vrins, leader of Navigant’s global Energy practice. “Mark, Michelle, and Greg are ready to help clients connect the dots between strategy, technology, regulation, sustainability, and operations to implement changes that will transform their businesses, increase stakeholder value, and allow them to remain nimble as the energy landscape continues to evolve.”

Mark Eisenhower, Managing Director, Washington DC
With a history of growing businesses in diverse markets, Eisenhower partners with industry executives to help them develop and operationalize strategies for sustainable excellence and increased shareholder value. His work includes enterprise and operational strategy, go-to-market and product development strategy, organizational restructuring, business transformation, and change management, as well as M&A advisory, valuations, and post-merger integrations. Prior to joining Navigant, Eisenhower served as vice president of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation where he developed, vetted, and executed the company’s strategic plan and worked on converting growth goals into specific business opportunities. Michelle Fay, Managing Director, Burlington, Mass.
With more than 20 years of experience, Fay partners with clients to envision and deliver programs that support the transformative changes taking place in the energy industry. Her role includes developing business processes, implementing new and innovative technologies, and designing and implementing organizational changes to support business strategy. Throughout her career, Fay has led several grid modernization programs, managing and overseeing strategic program management offices with a focus on realization of benefits and reduced risk. Her expertise includes program and project management, organizational change management, account management, process and performance improvement, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and analytics. She has also worked at Aclara and PricewaterhouseCoopers, delivering services and solutions to over 80 large utilities.

Greg Simmons, Director, Washington DC
Simmons is a recognized leader in sustainability and energy management, with more than 20 years of experience meeting the complex challenges of large commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental clients. At Navigant, he helps clients create science-based targets; environmental, social, and governance plans; and implement sustainable journeys to reduce carbon emissions and decrease energy use.
