Colorado Governor Jared Polis held a brief bill signing ceremony today at which he signed Senate Bill 19-181 into law. The act that overhauls much of Colorado's energy regulation landscape became law today, effective immediately after being signed into law by Gov. Polis.

The bill was enacted by the Colorado Legislature in recent weeks. It was signed by the president of the senate on April 10, by the speaker of the house on April 11, and sent to the governor on Friday, April 12.
