Lime Energy (NASDAQ: LIME) President and CEO Adam Procell, local
dignitaries, and company employees celebrated the company’s move to
Newark, NJ with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 8, 2015.
The new corporate headquarters, located in Four Gateway Center, Newark,
NJ, will provide the fast-growing Lime Energy with a state-of-the-art
office space for its senior management team and a central location for
many corporate functions. The Newark location was selected because it is
consistent with company’s mission of nurturing the sustainability of
local communities and necessary urban enterprise zone development.

future in Newark. “Lime is very excited to build out our business in New
Jersey. This is our home and where we started this business. The company
has delivered energy efficiency solutions to over 2,000 small to
mid-sized New Jersey businesses and municipalities in the last five
years, and we feel we can help 15,000 more of our neighbors lower the
cost of doing business.”

in energy efficiency and dedication to promoting pro-business clean
energy solutions in our communities makes them a welcome addition to the
Garden State.” He continued to say, “We join with business leaders
across the State in congratulating Lime Energy on their success and
welcoming their headquarters to Newark.” Senator Cory Booker (D) also

businesses across the country” He added, “As a former Mayor of Newark, I
am proud to have you as a part of the community in New Jersey’s largest
