Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. Announces Closing of Salt Creek Oil and Gas Acquisition

MINNEAPOLIS

Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE American: NOG) today announced that it has closed on the Salt Creek Oil & Gas, LLC acquisition with a combination of cash and stock. Information regarding this previously announced acquisition can be found at: www.NorthernOil.com/saltcreekannouncement.
