NuStar Recognized as Top Workplace for Millennials

NuStar Energy L.P. (NYSE: NS) announced today that it has been ranked No. 32 among the “Best Places to Work for Millennials” by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work.

“We appreciate the energy, enthusiasm and unique perspective that our Millennials bring to NuStar,” said NuStar President and CEO Brad Barron. “They are bright, hard-working and they are some of our most dedicated volunteers when it comes to working to improve our community.

“But I am happy to say that employees of every generation enjoy working at NuStar because of our unique caring and sharing culture created by our Chairman Bill Greehey. He established our culture of treating our employees as our No. 1 asset many years ago, and we’re continually striving to make NuStar an even greater place to work for all employees as they are the key to our success,” he said.

NuStar also has been recognized with several other top workplace honors this year, including being ranked No. 2 on Fortune’s list of the “50 Best Workplaces for Giving Back,” No. 10 on People magazine’s list of the “50 Companies That Care,” and No. 37 on Fortune’s prestigious “100 Best Companies To Work For” ranking.

To determine the ranking, Great Place to Work surveyed over 398,000 employees at Great Place to Work-certified companies, and ranked those companies based on key metrics that define great workplaces. They also compared the Millennials’ survey results to their colleagues to ensure they have just as positive of an experience as employees of other generations, and they analyzed the employees’ demographics at each company to ensure all Millennials have the same experience across the board.

The full list is posted at http://fortune.com/best-workplaces-millennials and the results will be published in the July 1 edition of Fortune.
