ONEOK Declares Quarterly Dividend

The board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) today declared a quarterly dividend of 60.5 cents per share, effective for the first quarter 2015, payable May 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business April 30, 2015.

The dividend remains unchanged from the previous quarter.

“We continue to focus on making prudent financial decisions in this uncertain commodity price environment that will benefit our shareholders in the long term,” said Terry K. Spencer, president and chief executive officer of ONEOK. “The ONEOK board will re-evaluate the remaining 2015 quarterly dividend payouts as the market conditions warrant.”

Since becoming the pure-play general partner of ONEOK Partners in February 2014, ONEOK has increased the dividend four times, representing a 51 percent increase during that period.

ONEOK, Inc. (pronounced ONE-OAK) (OKE) is the general partner and as of Dec. 31, 2014, owns 37.8 percent of ONEOK Partners, L.P.
