PetroQuest Energy Announces Initial Production From Thunder Bayou

LAFAYETTE, La., June 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (NYSE: PQ) announced today that it has initiated production from its Thunder Bayou discovery well (NRI – 37%) in Vermilion Parish, LA.  The Company plans to monitor the production facility's performance over the next week as it increases the well's production to its previously announced expected gross rate of approximately 38,000 Mcfe per day.
