Platte River Midstream, Inc. Announces Platte River Pipeline Open Season Starting Friday, December 18, 2015

Platte River Midstream, Inc. (“Platte River”) is pleased to announce a binding open season for the Platte River Pipeline System (the “Pipeline System”), a new crude oil gathering system being constructed in Weld County, Colorado. The Open Season will commence on Friday, December 18, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time and will close on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.

Potential shippers will have access to the open season documents upon execution of a confidentiality agreement with Platte River. The confidentiality agreement can be obtained by contacting Platte River through the contact information below.

The Pipeline System will have a design capacity to transport up to 157,000 barrels per day of crude oil from numerous field receipt points in the Denver-Julesburg Basin. The Pipeline System will transport crude oil to a central delivery point near Lucerne, Weld County, Colorado (the “Lucerne West Station”), for further transportation in interstate commerce on the Grand Mesa Pipeline.
