CALGARY, April 19, 2018 /CNW/ - Pond Technologies Holdings Inc. (the "Corporation" or "Pond") (TSX.V: POND) announces that the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31, 2017 and the related management's discussion and analysis, as well as the Corporation's statement of reserves data and other oil and gas information for the year ended December 31, 2017, have been filed and are available for review on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com or on the Corporation's website at http://pondtechnologiesinc.com/

The December 31, 2017 audited financial statements and management's discussion and analysis documents relate to a period of time before the completion of the reverse take-over and change of business transaction involving the Corporation (previously named Ironhorse Oil & Gas Inc.) and Pond Technologies Inc. which occurred on January 30, 2018. The first post-transaction financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis will form part of the Corporation's first quarter 2018 financial statements filings.
