Premier Holding Corporation Signs Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Agreement With Intellimeter Canada Inc. to Offer Smart Building Technology to Its Customers Throughout North America

TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwired - May 19, 2016) - Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL), announces it has completed the terms of an MOU with Intellimeter Canada Inc. (ICI), for a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Agreement. This agreement authorizes Premier and its subsidiary, Energy Efficiency Experts (E3), to offer this unique technology as part of its overall "Smart Building" technology solution.

E3 already offers an extensive line of energy efficiency products and services including LED lighting, lighting controls, skylights, window films, motor controls, roofing insulation, to name a few, and adding this time-tested, robust and effective metering technology to its suite of offerings will further enhance E3 and Premier's mission to provide "Everything Energy" to its thousands of satisfied customers.

Designed primarily for commercial/industrial buildings including apartment buildings and hotels, this technology is a natural fit for the corporation's existing and future clientele.
