Company Overview
Tulsa’s Canyon Creek Energy is a privately held E&P with operations in the Arkoma Basin.
In April 2018 Canyon Creek entered a joint development agreement with Pivotal Petroleum Partners II LP to jointly fund Arkoma STACK development on Canyon Creek’s acreage. The plan is to drill 18 wells in 2018, specifically targeting the Woodford shale and Mayes shale, with Pivotal funding 75% of CCEA’s working interest in all wells covered by the JDA.
