Reliance Oilfield Services Announces Closing of North American Wireline Acquisition

Reliance Oilfield Services, LLC (“Reliance” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that last month it completed the previously announced acquisition of FMC Technologies, Inc.’s wireline services business in the United States and Canada. After the transaction, Reliance now has approximately 200 employees in the United States and Canada and the Company’s electric line and slickline fleet now consists of 78 units.
