Seair Inc. announces intention to cease to be a reporting issuer

CALGARY, Sept. 29, 2017 /CNW/ - Seair Inc. (the "Company") announces that is has applied to the Alberta Securities Commission (the "ASC"), as principal regulator, for an order (the "Requested Order") deeming the Company to have ceased to be a reporting issuer in each of British Columbia and Alberta.

If the Requested Order is made by the ASC, the Company will cease being a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction in Canada.   As a result, the Company will no longer be required to file financial statements and other continuous disclosure documents in Canada pursuant to Canadian securities laws.
