Strobel Energy Group Expands Footprint, Establishes Regional Transload Centers

CLARKS, Neb., May 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Strobel Energy Group, via its operating company Strobel Energy Logistics (Strobel) has established four new regional rail-based transloading centers across the central US to provide an expanded service capability to its energy sector customers and to supply local market demand.

Strobel, a leader in the mid-stream energy infrastructure engineering and construction industry, launched the new facilities Q1 2017 and is contracted to manage the facilities in four markets: St Louis, Kansas City, Oklahoma City and Amarillo. Each facility is strategically located with Class 1 rail and truck transport access to provide ratable liquid energy loading and unloading. Staffed with DOT Hazmat trained operators and equipped with high flow transloaders as well as continuous flow boiler units, the facilities are capable of transloading the following products:

Strobel has also been operating a single customer dedicated transload facility in Tyler, TX since 2016, focused on delivering fuel by rail for export to Mexico. Strobel will continue to evaluate opportunities to establish similar facilities in other markets.
