During his company’s Q3 conference call yesterday van Kempen made multiple predictions as to the fate of 112 and he repeated his faith in Colorado voters in response to several analyst questions about the highly contested measure. “I said earlier I’m very confident that 112 will be defeated by Coloradans at the ballot box.
