Tecvalco Introduces Kleiss Flow Stopping to Canada Gas Industry

NIAGARA FALLS, ON--(Marketwired - November 28, 2017) - Niagara Falls based manufacturer and distributor, Tecvalco Ltd., has entered into an agreement with Mainline Controls to bring the Kleiss flow stopping system to Canada. Kleiss offers an industry-changing system for stopping flow in natural gas pipes.

At the heart of the Kleiss flow-stopping system is the one-step valve. This is installed with the fitting and remains in place after the stopping operation is complete. The valve eliminates the need for an external valve in the stack and the completion plug step. The system also provides faster set up, installation, and operation times -- reducing the overall job cost. Additionally, it remains on the system as a re-entry point for future stops.

The system is sized for pipe diameters range from 2" to 16", and is designed for all pipe materials (cast iron, polyethylene, PVC, steel, etc.)
