VEGREVILLE, AB, March 24, 2016 /CNW/ - TerraVest Capital Inc. ("TerraVest" or the "Company") (TSX: TVK) a manufacturer of fuel containment and pressure vessels as well as an oil field service provider announced today that Mitch DeBelser has been appointed President of Terravest's Oil & Gas Fabrication Division. This newly created position is part of TerraVest's ongoing efforts to best position the Company for long term growth as well as continued investment into the Oil and Gas fabrication segment . Mr. DeBelser will commence his new role immediately. Prior to his appointment, Mr. DeBelser was President of NWP Industries LP, a company TerraVest acquired in August of 2014.  Mr. DeBelser will continue to serve as President of NWP.

Mr. DeBelser is a well-recognized executive in the Oil & Gas fabrication sector having been a third generation President at NWP. In addition to his experience in the Oil & Gas sector, Mitch brings a background of business acumen having graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and obtaining his MBA from Queen's University. Mitch is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization of Alberta.
