Third straight red day for the overall markets as stimulus talks look unlikely, even after Sec. Mnuchin is set to talk with House Speak Pelosi later today. Crude oil prices were helped by a strong DOE inventory report, with over 3.8 mm bbl draw in the overall stocks in the US. Crude oil prices are currently trading around $40.90 at 12:43 PM MST. Natural gas prices are bullish (up 5%) on a confirmation of declining storage levels, with this week coming in at 46 bcf build. Natural gas prices currently trading at $2.774
