Stocks get hammered Tuesday as President Trump announces via Twitter that he is calling off stimulus talks late in the trading session. The Dow Jones closed 375.88 points lower, or 1.3%, The S&P 500 ended the day down 1.4%. The Nasdaq dropped 1.6%. The Dow was up more than 200 points before the tweet was sent. Both the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq were also higher

Crude oil prices spike on the heels of Hurricane Delta upgrade to a Cat 4. Prices were $40.11 around 2:33 PM MST. Around 30% of GOM production has been shut in with more expected along the way. Natural gas prices trade down 3.52% to $2.52 as traders attempt to price in the ever changing demand issues.
