Daily Energy Market Summary: 360 DCB – 9/23/2020

September swoon in full effect as the market takes another nose dive, with the Dow Jones finishing 1.3% lower or 367 pts.  S&P 500 was down over 1.5% with Nasdaq finishing lowest with 2.2%. Technology stocks drop again as investors fear the bull summer run is overinflated, driving bellwether stocks like AAPL and AMZN down heavy.  Shares of Telsa down over 9% off news of delivery dates and updates on Battery Day

What happened to crude oil today? Prices were supported by a 1.6 million bbl draw in total commercial inventories, supporting crude oil prices around the $40 level, currently trading around $39.91 @ 12:47 PM MST.

Natural gas prices spiked over 15% to top a volatile few trading days as traders are eyeing cooler temperatures and weekly draws in natural gas stocks
