Office Depot, Inc. (NYSE: ODP) shares closed up 4.46 percent on Thursday with nearly 30 million shares traded. The stock was one of the biggest volume leaders on the NYSE yesterday. Though gains were modest, the move came after Bank of America upgraded the office supply retailer from "underperform" to "buy." Analyst Denise Chai raised her price target from $3.50 to $6.50.

TheDirectory.com, Inc. (OTC: SEEK) shares closed down 40 percent on Thursday with about 290 million shares traded. The emerging leader in the local search space announced yesterday that OTC Markets has removed the yield sign from its ticker symbol as a result of the Company filing two years of audited financial statement last Friday.

American Eagle Energy Corporation (OTCBB: AMZG) shares closed up 12.66 percent on Thursday on about 340,000 shares traded. The stock traded in between 2.29 - 2.60 with 2.60 becoming a new 52-week high for the stock. The Company announced record oil production and record Adjusted EBITDA for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013. The Company reported record quarterly oil sales of $11.6 million, up 12% QOQ and up 305% YOY.

Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTS) shares closed down 38.96 percent on Thursday and traded in between 11.41 and 21.18, with 11.41 becoming a new 52-week low for the stock. Volume traded yesterday was a little over 19 million shares. The stock had one of the biggest percentage drops on the NASDAQ which came after Gotham City Research released a report that the company had overstated its 2013 earnings by about 200%.
