HOUSTON, May 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Capital Advisors LLC ("USCA") announced today that Clay Coneley has joined the company as a Senior Managing Director and member of USCA's Institutional Equity Sales Team. Prior to joining USCA, Mr. Coneley was with Tudor Pickering Holt & Co (TPH) for nine years, where he was a Managing Director and Partner.

Mr. Coneley joined TPH's institutional equity desk in early 2008 covering primarily the east coast. From 2011-2016, he was head of TPH's Institutional Equity Sales & Trading business and responsible for cash equities revenue growth, agency trading and capital markets interaction on new issue and follow-on offerings. He also had direct client coverage responsibilities for many key institutional clients coast to coast in the United States and in Canada. He was also a member of the TPH Management Committee from 2012-2016. Prior to joining TPH, Mr. Coneley was with the institutional equity sales desks of Banc of America Securities and Deutsche Bank. Before moving into sales, he worked in the investment banking groups of GulfStar Group and Jefferies, focused on transactions in the E&P, oilfield service and crude oil tanking sectors.
Clay is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, with a degree in Economics. He is also a graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston.
