It’s been a busy month for U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) export developments.

Just last week, Cheniere Energy, Inc. (stock ticker: LNG) exported the first LNG commissioning cargo from its Corpus Christi, Texas liquefaction facility.

The export was the first from a greenfield liquefaction facility in the lower 48 states and indicates a larger trend in the U.S.-based LNG development process and exports going into 2021.
