Virgil Films to Distribute Breitling Energy’s “Breaking Free” Film

Breitling Energy Corporation (OTCBB: BECC) (the “Company”) announces that Virgil Films and Entertainment, LLC intends to distribute “Breaking Free,” a documentary about the advent and growth of hydraulic fracture stimulation, or fracking, in the United States.

“Breaking Free” premiered June, 2014 at Robert DeNiro’s private screening room above his chic Tribeca Grill in Manhattan. The documentary, produced by Breitling Energy’s CEO, Chris Faulkner and directed by Brooklyn-based filmmaker Robin Bossert, showcases the economic benefits of hydraulic fracture stimulation, or fracking.

“This message is far more relevant today than when we released the film last year,” said Faulkner, alluding to the environment of lower oil prices. “Environmentalists and some politicians want to shut down what has made America the swing producer of oil in the world. That is what ‘Breaking Free’ is about – independence from the boot on our throat by nations who don’t seek our best interest. I still encounter people every day who don’t have a clue what this oil revolution is really about. They’re getting cheaper gasoline prices, and they’re fine with that but no way could connect the dots why, or where it came from. There are many geopolitical factors beneath what is happening right now and how this could affect our country. It is more important than most people realize,” Faulkner added.

Virgil Films will begin distribution mid-March.
