(TSX/NYSE: WCN) ("Waste Connections" or the "Company") announced that all of the nominees listed in the Company's management information circular and proxy statement for the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 23, 2017 (the "Meeting") at the Company's principal administrative offices located in The Woodlands, Texas, were elected as directors of the Company. Each director will serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are duly elected or appointed.
