Weekly Gas Storage: Inventories increase by 108 Bcf

Natural Gas Inventories as of June 5, 2026

The EIA has released its natural gas inventory report, showing a net increase of 108 Bcf as of June 5, 2026.

Working gas in storage was 2,688 Bcf as of Friday, June 5, 2026, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net increase of 108 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 5 Bcf less than last year at this time and 151 Bcf above the five-year average of 2,535 Bcf.

At 2,686 Bcf, total working gas is within the five-year historical range.
