Natural Gas Inventories as of October 25, 2019

The EIA has released its natural gas inventory report, showing a build of 89 Bcf.

Working gas in storage was 3,695 Bcf as of Friday, October 25, 2019, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net increase of 89 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 559 Bcf higher than last year at this time and 52 Bcf above the five-year average of 3,643 Bcf.

At 3,695 Bcf, total working gas is within the five-year historical range.

Stocks in every region except the Pacific and South Central Salt are above the five-year average.  The Pacific region is the farthest below the five-year average, at 8% below the average.
