that its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will
be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Stockholders of record at the
close of business on October 7, 2016 will be entitled to vote at the
Annual Meeting.
The deadline for timely submitting stockholder proposals made pursuant
to Rule 14a-8 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 is the close
of business on August 7, 2016. The deadline for timely notice of other
business to be brought before the Annual Meeting (including nominations
for election to the Board of Directors) is the close of business on July
18, 2016.
