World Point Terminals, LP Announces Quarterly Distribution

ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- World Point Terminals, LP (the “Partnership”), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE: WPT), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution of $0.30 per unit ($1.20 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from January 1, 2016 through March 31, 2016. The distribution is payable on May 13, 2016 to unitholders of record on April 28, 2016.
