Estrella Announces Director Resignations

TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / December 10, 2015 / Estrella International Energy Services Ltd. (TSXV: EEN) (the "Company" or "Estrella"), announces that Horacio Reyser Daniel Kokogian and Remo Mancini have tendered their resignations as directors of Estrella. The resignations will take effect on a staggered basis, with Mr. Reyser's resignation to take effect immediately, Mr. Kokogian's resignation will take effect on December 31, 2015 and Mr. Mancini's resignation will take effect in March 31, 2016.

Diego Acevedo, who has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Estrella expressed his gratitude to Messrs. Reyser, Kokogian and Mancini stating "On behalf of Estrella, and the other members of the Board, I would like to thank Horacio, Daniel and Remo for their service to the Company. Upon all resignations taking effect, the Board of Directors of Estrella will be reduced to four members. The Company does not intend to appoint replacements for the departing directors.
