Innowatts Technology Expands to East Coast

Houston tech start-up approved for business in Connecticut

HOUSTON, Sept. 21, 2015 Today, Innowatts LLC, a technology company specializing in personalized energy products, announced that it has expanded its platform to the northeastern markets. The State of Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority approved Innowatts to operate in the state, bringing Innowatts' total amount of states serviced to thirteen. Beginning in late September 2015, the company will be expanding its services to Connecticut's deregulated areas.

The expansion into Connecticut allows Innowatts to make homes of the state more efficient and energy affordable through the use of their platform. Residents will now have the ability to make easy, smart and energy conscious decisions regarding their gas and electricity providers.

"This expansion of our platform into the northeast market means that we are gaining momentum into changing the energy conversation.  We are speaking and more are listening. We were able to secure contracts with utility companies, which were once untouchable for Connecticut consumers. Now, we've made that possible and we are excited for our technology to come into the homes of countless Connecticut residents," –Siddhartha Sachdeva, CEO & Founder of Innowatts
