Oil broadly steady amid rising U.S. stockpiles

BOE Report U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures rose by $1.87, or 2.50%, to $76.60 a barrel.   Brent crude futures rose by $2.50, or 2.70%, at $81.69 a barrel.
