KOTA LED high bay fixtures feature patented Flip Chip Opto COB LEDs that dissipate heat via electrode channels. Heat easily escapes the chip area, keeping junction temperatures low. This means longer life and increased LED lumen output. Additionally, the patented, cold-forged heatsink facilitates superior passive cooling. Al 1070 heatsink cores and Al 1050 fins forged with an electrophoretic deposition (EPD) finish keep the KOTA high bay fixtures cool. This eliminates the need for cooling fans that use electricity and often become an additional source of failure.
