("Labrador" or the "Corporation") (TSXV: "LTX") announces the appointment of Mr. Alexander von Gramatzki to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Gramatzki will provide ongoing guidance with Labrador's Cannaverse Plan, corporate governance, and continued assistance with Labrador's corporate financing and strategic partnering.

Alexander von Gramatzki is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is recognized as a Golden Key International Honour Society member. At the age of 23, Mr. Gramatzki founded Global Advisory Services Inc., and has since facilitated over $200 million in transactions for start-up companies. He is President of Big Coulee Resources Ltd., a conglomerate company with the majority of the assets in the Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Gramatzki has been integral to successfully scaling multiple companies from zero to over $10 million in revenue.
