SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Unveiled alongside the launch of a new corporate website, One Cypress Energy (OCE) announced this week the introduction of One Cypress Advisory Solutions (OCAS), a new service line providing back office and legal support for small and midsize energy companies. The San Antonio-based firm, which also provides crude oil marketing and terminal services, launched the new site in part to reflect its changing focus in today’s energy market.

OCAS’ introduction comes at a time when many producers are feeling the one-two punch of low prices and mounting debt. Since the beginning of 2015, more than 65 U.S. oil and gas companies have filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, with dozens more barely treading water.
