Razor was founded in 2016 and through a business combination with Vector Resources Inc., a Capital Pool Company, concurrently completed an acquisition of a legacy light oil asset in the Swan Hills area of Alberta in January 2017, funded partially through a term loan facility in the amount of $30 million provided by AIMCo.
