Calgary’s Total Energy Services Inc. (ticker: TOT) appointed Glenn Dagenais to its board of directors this week to replace Randy Kwasnicia, who is retiring after 11 years of service as a director of Total, the company said in a news release.
Dagenais is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, including over 25 years of management experience within energy services. Dagenais most recently served as EVP finance and CFO of a Calgary-based energy services company with global operations until his retirement in 2015.
Total provides contract drilling services, rentals and transportation services, well servicing and compression, and process equipment and service to oil and natural gas producers in North America and Australia.
