What the EPA’s Clean Power Plan Means for the Oil & Gas Industry

On June 2, 2014, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) moved to the second phase of its Clean Power Plan. According to the EPA, the Plan “cuts carbon pollution from existing power plants, the single largest source of carbon pollution in the United States.
