EnerCom’s 2017 Conference Day Two Breakout Notes: Lilis Energy

Lilis Energy Breakout Notes

Ronald Ormand, chairman of the board., (ticker: LLEX) presented today at EnerCom’s The Oil & Gas Conference® 22.

Lilis Energy is an E&P company with acreage in the Permian basin, which it plans to begin producing out of during 2017. Lilis merged with Brushy Resources in 2016 and, in the process, expanded its acreage by 185%.

During the company’s breakout session, management was asked the following questions:

  • When will you be releasing the results from the ‘hog’ wells? Geologically, are these two wells on the eastern side of the platform?
  • Who is your vendor for the rigs and frac crew? Do you run them all year through or have them changed periodically?
  • Will the rig move back down to Texas or will it remain in New Mexico?
  • How many of the total planned reentries are remaining to be completed?
  • As you approach the central Mason platform, what do you envision as your primary risk to reservoir quality? Porosity? Permeability?
  • Are there any wells controlled by other operators to the east of your assets?
  • Will the next couple of re-entries be offsets?
  • Are there any issues with the piping when drilling the one to 1.5 mile long laterals?
  • Will the nine wells to be drilled this year be located in the Wolfcamp B?
  • How many of the well to be drilled will be reentries versus new wells?
